Proper Attire

For our new members, business casual means a sport shirt and slacks; a tie is not necessary. We have Dayton Lodge polo shirts available which many of the Brothers wear for BC night. See more about WHAT TO WEAR.

The Dayton Masonic Journal

You can download the The Dayton Masonic Journal HERE. Please give this a try and see how it suits you. This is an attempt to save the Lodge a lot of money for mailing paper copies. To save a copy to your computer (using a PC) you may have to 'Right Click' and choose "Save Target As...."

NOTE: Until the MTA board reviews this procedure the option to receive the DMJ via download only is not an option. We can always hope.

Masonic News Around the World

Freemasonry is struggling to get into the digital world. So many of our members still see the Internet as a plaything, mostly used by kids or people with a lot of time on their hands. In fact, information dispersal, in other words news, is becoming less conventional and more over the Internet.

Here then is an example of a news feed about Freemasonry. Although ordinary news is read this way every day by millions, we as Masons are just beginning to catch on.

Have a look HERE and see what its all about.
